Refund policy

 

We do accept returns up to 14 days! All returns will be thoroughly checked and reviewed to make sure no damage has been made to any of the products. PLease email us and give us up to 24-48 hours to respond back about your return at eternallyfeee@gmail.com.  Once we receive the package and review it then we will start the refund process. Refunds take about 2-3 days depending on your bank! Please allow us time to get back to you as you would any other high up companies you may shop with. 

As reviewing if we notice that the item is damaged or used you will not receive an refund and you will be charged a restocking fee!
